The MQG building, designed as either a seven- or ten-story structure, features high architectural quality and a unique layout for its four towers. Each tower is connected to the adjacent one by passages ranging in width from one to eight meters.
Covering these atriums with glass roofs on one side provides protection from weather conditions, while on the other hand it creates spacious, well-lit areas. This allows all residential units to be properly ventilated. On the ground floor, there are extensive green spaces and furnished “residential streets” that invite all residents to relax at home. A park with public access will be established in the eastern part of the site. The numerous cultural and recreational events organized by Messe Congress Graz, proximity to Augarten, along with excellent transportation access via public transit, create a complete living environment. It is possible to reach any destination near MQG quickly even without a car. A public promenade will be built along Fröhlichgasse, and connection to the Graz Radautobahn highway will also be provided.
The underground levels house two parking lots that together cover three levels and provide 1,500 parking spaces. A car tunnel will be built between the existing parking lot of the Messe Congress Graz exhibition center and the parking lot at MQG, along with above-ground and underground pedestrian paths leading to the square in front of the exhibition center.
